Fitting the Strap:

Use the fork end of a spring bar tool to remove the current strap by positioning it close to the case and applying slight pressure.From the back, press the fork against the spring bar, prying it out of the case and pulling it toward yourself.Wiggle the bar slightly until it releases, then repeat for the other strap. Keep the spring bars safe for reuse!Insert one end of a spring bar into a lug, then press down the other end with the tool until it clicks into place. Repeat for the other pin.Place the Military Nylon strap and watch flat, with the buckle end on the left and the 12 o’clock mark at the left (by the buckle).Thread the non-buckle end under the left lug and through the right lug, pulling it tight.Move the watch toward the buckle, positioning it between the left buckle and the right loops.Pass the non-buckle end through the loops on the right to secure the strap.
